LA CROSSE, Wis. – Carleton College seniors Henry Bowman (Lafayette, Colo./Centaurus) and Ben Aoki-Sherwood (Robbinsdale, Minn./Armstrong) both posted personal-best times while representing the men's track & field team while competing in the 10,000-meter run on Friday at the Phil Esten Challenge hosted by the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
 
Bowman finished 6th out of 76 racers with his time of 30:40.05. Aoki-Sherwood crossed the line in 32:22.47 to place 56th overall.
