Sam Higaki picked up his third All-Conference award in as many years, classmate
Justin Rodriguez secured his second consecutive award, and senior
Gordon Walker took home recognition for the first time.
This is the fifth consecutive year that the Knights had multiple players on the All-Conference team.
Higaki, who just received All-Region recognition for the third consecutive year, was second among MIAC players with a 72.96 scoring average and finished the regular season ranked No. 50 in the nation. He totaled four top-10 results, with a trio of top-5 showings, including a fourth-place finish at the MIAC Championships in the fall as well as victories at both the Saint John's Fall Invitational and the Gustavus Triangular. He is the 48th player in recorded conference history to take home three or more All-MIAC awards.
Walker was ninth in the conference with a 73.96 scoring average. He totaled five top-10 results with a quartet of top-5 finishes, including a fifth-place showing at the MIAC Championships.
While the other Knights were automatically named to the All-MIAC squad thanks to their top-10 performances at the conference championships in the fall, Rodriguez is 1 of 5 at-large players voted to the All-Conference Team based on their body of work throughout the season. He finished sixth in the MIAC with a 73.8 stroke average. He tallied a trio of top-10 results in addition to placing 11th at the MIAC Championships
