IRVINE, Calif. – The Carleton College women's track & field team brought the curtain down on its Spring Break trip to California by competing at the Vince O'Boyle Track and Field Classic hosted by the University of California-Irvine.
 
Lauren Tittel and Amelia Campbell finished eighth and ninth, respectively, in the 800-meter run as they crossed the line at personal-best times of 2:17.73 and 2:17.81.
 
Terri Mensah was ninth in the triple jump after measuring a personal-best 10.49 meters on her final attempt.
 
Bianca Lott posted a time of 13.28 in the 100-meter dash, while Alice Islam finished in 13.56. The 200-meter dash saw Lott, Mensah, and Islam post times of 27.45, 28.17 (PR), and 28.21, respectively.
 
The Knights capped the meet and their visit to California with the 4x400-meter relay, clocking a time of 4:19.07.
