NORTHFIELD, Minn. – Senior
Neenah Bosman's personal-best performance in winning the hammer throw highlighted five event victories for the Carleton College women's track & field team at the Carleton Relays, the squad's lone home meet of the outdoor season. Meanwhile, the Knights also sent racers to take part in the 10,000-meter run at the Phil Esten Challenge hosted by the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
"It was bittersweet watching the seniors perform in their last home meet," said Carleton head coach
Donna Ricks. "There was definitely some senior power happening as several of our seniors finished first in their events with personal bests. I am really proud of these seniors and their leadership. Right now, this team is fit and ready to go. I'm excited to see what they will accomplish the remainder of the season."
