NORTHFIELD, Minn. – The Carleton College women's track & field program sent a portion of the roster across town to take part in the Ole Open at St. Olaf College. The top performance for the Knights was Carleton's entry in the 4x100-meter relay finishing atop the podium.
Nayeli Williams (Fy./Minneapolis, Minn./Brooklyn Center),
Jocelyn Ferguson (Fy./Minneapolis, Minn./Minneapolis South),
Riley Roberts (So./Bloomington, Ind./Bloomington), and
Audrey Parrott (Fy./Green Isle, Minn./Sibley East) combined on a time of 50.77
Carleton saw five other top-4 results.
Lara Erickson (Fy./Columbia Falls, Mont./Columbia Falls) took second in 800-meter run as she crossed the line at 2:20.87
Kate Ulrich (Fy./Waconia, Minn./Waconia) was the runner up in the 1500-meter run at 5:22.81, and
Gabrielle Evans (Sr./Minnetonka, Minn./Minnetonka) captured third place in pole vault after clearing 3.12 meters
Neenah Bosman (So./Hugo, Minn./White Bear Lake) finished fourth in the hammer throw with a heave of 36.03 meters.
Julia Johnston (Sr./Winchester, Mass./Winchester) took fourth in the javelin with a distance of 24.49 meters.
