NORTHFIELD, Minn. –
Bridger Rives (Sr./Skiatook, Okla./Bishop Kelley) and
Kenyon Nystrom (Sr./Northfield, Minn./Northfield) both won events for the Carleton College men's track & field team at the Ole Open on Saturday.
Rives won the 800-meter run with a time of 1:57.39, while Nystrom posted the top performance in the 5000-meter run with a time of 16:22.73.
Aravindh Subramanian (Jr./Dayton, N.J./South Brunswick) was the runner up in the high jump, as he cleared 1.80 meters.
Owen Schuster (Sr./Batavia, Ill./Batavia) had the other second-place result for the Knights after soaring 4.43 meters in the pole vault.
Ethan Cline-Cole (Fy./Inver Grove Heights, Minn./Trinity School) took third place in both the high jump and the triple jump after measuring 1.65 meters and 12.00 meters, respectively.

Carleton will head to the MIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, which will be held may 13-14 in Winona, Minn.
