Quote from Coach Dave Ricks:
"Peter was our best triple jumper in over 20 years. He was a talented athlete. One of the best horizontal jumpers to ever attend Carleton. He had a quiet strength to him. He competed in the most difficult event on one's body, the triple jump, for all 4 years."
