NORTHFIELD, Minn. – Sid Holder (Fy./West Orange, NJ/Phillips Academy) won two individual events and anchored a winning relay as the Carleton College women’s indoor track and field team hosted the Meet of the Hearts. The Knights won 11 of the 17 events.

“The Meet of the Hearts is a fun atmosphere allowing our athletes to focus on running paces and implementing good technique. And each year it sets them up to some tremendous achievements,” said Carleton head coach Donna Ricks.

“We have young talent. They are gaining racing experience with each meet, allowing them to gain valuable information regarding race structure and effort of each event. I am really proud of how they are developing.”
