Hilton Head Island, S.C. -- Captains Sarah Russell, Eryn Koch and Christina Walker all posted 6-0, 6-0 singles victories and the Carleton College women's tennis team won its eighth straight match, 9-0, over West Virginia State University.

The victory against the Division II Yellow Jackets was a total team contribution, and a successful one at that. Wisconsin Rapids finest, Emily Ho, and Texas rose, Sarah Wehrly, were simply fine at second doubles. Katie Bates and Anna Decatur served like superstars at third doubles.

The delightful Chaplin Park, with ocean views inspired the women in singles as well.
