INTERNSHIP/EXTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES DURING MY TIME AS A CARLETON STUDENT:
University of Iowa (chemistry and nanotechnology) During my time doing research with Professor Scott Shaw I quantified bioactivity on urban environmental films via florescence microscopy. During my time with Professor Edward Gillan I synthesized a cost-effective and stable electrocatalyst for the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) which is essential for our progress for a sustainable future.
