Carleton Knights

Sam Kile joined the coaching staff prior to the 2020 season. She was a two-time All-MIAC selection during her time with the Knights. A career .275 hitter with nine home runs, Kile made her mark in the circle, where she went 12-8 as a senior with a 2.02 ERA and 93 strikeouts in 128.0 innings. She tossed 41 complete games in 52 career starts and owned a 32-28 career record with 7 saves, posting a 2.66 ERA with 332 strikeouts. She ranks second in recorded team history for career victories and ERA, while coming in fourth in innings pitched and strikeouts.
