The people at Carleton were both nicer and more real than the other schools I visited. Combined with family in the area and the school's great reputation, I was happy to choose Carleton.
WHAT I MOST LIKE ABOUT CARLETON IS…
That I can be a part of numerous social groups. I'm obviously close with the team, but even outside of the team I'm close with several completely different groups that all satisfy different facets of my personality.

PERSON(S) WHO HAD THE MOST INFLUENCE ON MY ATHLETIC CAREER:
My junior year club coach. He took me from adequacy to excellence and moved me into competitive swimming.
