INTERNSHIP/EXTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES DURING MY TIME AS A CARLETON STUDENT:
Bessemer Trust. During my sophomore year, I worked for the CEO Marc Stern, undertaking a summer long research project for him. The best part of the internship was being able to learn from and work one on one with Mr. Stern. Bessemer Trust ‚Ä쬆 During my junior year, I worked in the investment department under the Credit Income group. I created an algorithm that gave fair value to credit spreads. 

MY INTERNSHIP/EXTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES ENHANCED MY EXPERIENCE AS A CARLETON STUDENT-ATHLETE BECAUSE…
I learned that in both school and work, what separates good workers from great workers was that good workers have both productive and unproductive days while great workers are consistent day in and day out.
