Schwab, Westrup, Anderson sweep MIAC Diving awards

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. - Following Saturday's championship meet, the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) announced its annual swimming and diving awards on Monday.  Carleton first-year Nina Schwab and sophomore Hailey Westrup were named Co-Women's Divers of the Year, while junior Hans Anderson took home Men's Diver of the Year distinction, giving the Knights a sweep in the diving awards.

Schwab and Westrup became the first Carleton divers since 2002 to receive Diver of the Year honors. Westrup scored 489.30 points to win the 3-meter diving competition and finished second off the 1-meter board, while Schwab set a new 1-meter meet record with a score of 475.40 and was the runner-up to Westrup in the 3-meter competition.  Schwab's 475.40 on the 1-meter also broke the previous school record.

Anderson received Men's Diver of the Year honors after sweeping the 1- and 3-meter competitions at the 2025 MIAC Championships. Anderson topped 500 points on both boards, becoming the first Knight to win Men's Diver of the Year since 2011 and just the third in program history.
