BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – Carleton College's Sylvia Dixon received All-MIAC Honorable Mention from the conference coaches following the 2025 campaign.
 
This is the third consecutive season that the senior outside hitter has received some level of All-Conference recognition, becoming the fifth player in program history to achieve that feat. Dixon previously collected All-MIAC honorable mention in 2023 and was tabbed to the All-MIAC First Team for 2024.
 
Dixon started all 25 matches this fall and paced the Knights in kills (244) and kills per set (2.68, 13th in the MIAC), the latter figure representing a career-best. Her 1.73 digs per set also established a new career high and ranked her fifth among players on the roster that played in at least 40 sets.
 
She improved her play against conference opponents, averaging 3.03 kills (eighth in the MIAC) and 1.92 digs per set. Dixon registered double-doubles against University of Minnesota-Morris (15 kills, 11 digs), Macalester College (12 kills, 11 digs), and St. Catherine University (18 kills, 11 digs). She registered her fourth career-match with at least 20 kills, leading the Knights to a five-set victory over Marian University.
