POST-CARLETON GOAL(S)…
You tell me
I CHOSE TO COME TO CARLETON BECAUSE…
I really enjoyed how small the campus and community was, the ability to take classes from all areas of study without having to declare my major right away, and all the friendly people that I met within only a few days.
WHAT I MOST LIKE ABOUT CARLETON IS…
I like all the options for classes, how easy it is to access help from professors, it's very safe, and all the friends that I've made along the way (and I get to play volleyball).
OFF-CAMPUS STUDY PROGRAM(S) PARTICIPATED IN AT CARLETON:
DIS Copenhagen Fall 2020, Architectural Studies in Europe Winter 2022
MY OFF-CAMPUS STUDY PROGRAM ENHANCED MY EXPERIENCE AS A CARLETON STUDENT-ATHLETE BECAUSE…
I got to meet so many new people from Carleton and from around the world, try new foods, see so much art and architecture and learn about people and places that aren't centered around the US, it really gave me a lot of new perspectives.
INTERNSHIP/EXTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES DURING MY TIME AS A CARLETON STUDENT:
Carleton College So/An department
MY INTERNSHIP/EXTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES ENHANCED MY EXPERIENCE AS A CARLETON STUDENT-ATHLETE BECAUSE…
I worked with one of my professors to read about and study the protestors for Line 3 in Minnesota, and analyze the differences in those protestors, also conducted interviews with some of the protestors. It gave me a new perspective on Minnesota and climate/indigenous activism, allowed for me to meet a lot of new people, and have a closer relationship with one of my professors.
