MY OFF-CAMPUS STUDY PROGRAM ENHANCED MY EXPERIENCE AS A CARLETON STUDENT-ATHLETE BECAUSE…
 It taught me a lot about managing my time in a place that didn't have as much structure as being on campus. I definitely learned a lot about how to work with others and how to navigate tough situations. 

INTERNSHIP/EXTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES DURING MY TIME AS A CARLETON STUDENT:
The Excellence Center Europe. I worked closely with the immigrant/migrant population in Halle, Germany, and taught English while completing research for my German Comps.

MY INTERNSHIP/EXTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES ENHANCED MY EXPERIENCE AS A CARLETON STUDENT-ATHLETE BECAUSE…
It helped me improve my German as well as expand my knowledge on the social and political climate of Germany. It was different than anything I had done at Carleton in that I was learning from people outside of a classroom setting, and it is an experience that I will cherish forever.
