INTERNSHIP/EXTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES DURING MY TIME AS A CARLETON STUDENT:
I am a student researcher in the Neuroimmunlogy and Neurotoxicity lab at Carleton where we study what low-level lead poisoning does to learning, memory, and cognitive flexibility. We use behavioral and biological tests to study the effects with the goal of determining the mechanisms in which lead can negatively effect cognitive processes.
