POST-CARLETON GOAL(S)…
Do something that sparks a passion in me and contributes to social change and restorative justice- and to TRAVEL!
I CHOSE TO COME TO CARLETON BECAUSE…
To be completely honest, it was not a top choice of mine or super on my radar because I was so focused on the east coast, but they accepted me, and it might've been a blessing in disguise to go somewhere that is so different from where I call home. It’s both beautifully different (in the people there, energy and its nature) and humbling (whether it be the environment or temperature).
WHAT I MOST LIKE ABOUT CARLETON IS…
The greenery and arboretum - I love that it’s in a northern state so that you have the fall color-changing trees as well as the evergreen trees that are so resilient to the harsh cold.
HOBBIES:
Second hand clothing (thrift stores, yard sales, estate sales, and vintage and antique store hopping!). I've been getting into surfing more with my sister, but I've always loved bodysurfing and going to the beach and rivers in general I love to dance and sing, with my family or just alone, maybe belting in my living room or in the car on the go! I like to play the trumpet too, and I am trying to get more into reading, writing, and sketching.
