INTERNSHIP/EXTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES DURING MY TIME AS A CARLETON STUDENT:
I am interning with Carleton College where I’m looking at images of the Mars surface to determine the size distribution of the loose rocks (clasts) on the surface. There’s a region on Mars that has high detections of clay minerals and I'm working to figure out why. The two main hypotheses are clast size and dust cover.
