INTERNSHIP/EXTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES DURING MY TIME AS A CARLETON STUDENT:
As an intern for the Computer Science Department here at Carleton, I worked on building a tool that visualizes the differences between clonal trees (which represent the evolutionary history of a tumor). As a Bruins-in-Genomics intern at UCLA, my research project was to investigate CNV calls on single-cell data in a 6 patient prostate cancer dataset.
