Tim Aga was added to the Carleton coaching staff in January 2019. A native of Belgium, he spent seven years working for Double Pass, a Belgian company that assesses and advises football clubs. His work for Double Pass USA included assessing and consulting almost all MLS clubs and around 40 other clubs playing in the US Soccer Development Academy system. Aga worked for the Royal Belgian Football Federation, serving as a scout for U15-17-19 and senior national teams as well as an assistant coach for the U15-17 Belgian Youth National Teams. He currently serves as the Director of Girls Soccer at Shattuck Saint Mary’s in nearby Faribault, Minn., where he lives with his wife and their two daughters.
