Josh Wilhelm ’99 joined Knights as an assistant coach for the women's golf team in 2019 and will also serve as an assistant for the men's program for the remainder of the 2021-22 season.
A member at nearby Northfield Golf Club, he teed it up for the Knights for three seasons. A 2009 C-Club Hall of Fame inductee for basketball, he is one of only two Carleton men's basketball players to be selected as first-team all-conference four times. Wilhelm was also a two-time All-Region selection, and at the time of his graduation, he was the Carleton record holder for career points (1,967) and ranked second with 778 rebounds. He also played on Carleton’s top ultimate frisbee team (CUT) and won the 1999 NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship.
After graduating from Carleton, Wilhelm earned his master’s degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Minnesota. He currently serves as the Study Director at WuXi Apptec in Mendota Heights. He resides in Northfield with his wife Emma and their three children.
