POST-CARLETON GOAL(S)…
I want to go to law school & help make the world a safe and better place by working with my peers to dismantle systemic racism and other forms of discrimination.
 
I CHOSE TO COME TO CARLETON BECAUSE…
I felt like Carleton would allow me to feel safe to be vulnerable, be myself, and grow intellectually and emotionally, because the community prides itself on welcoming all people and has so many resources available.
 
WHAT I MOST LIKE ABOUT CARLETON IS…
The enthusiastic, supportive, and collaborative atmosphere!
 
INTERNSHIP/EXTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES DURING MY TIME AS A CARLETON STUDENT:
I interned with Ameriprise Financial, creating a renewable and sustainable yearly schedule that contained all of the financial advisors' and office manager's regional and corporate deadlines, and outreach events. I formally presented my progress several times throughout the summer.
