Becca Neuger joined the Knights in July 2019 and has worked on the basketball staffs at the NCAA Division I, II, and III levels. In 2017-18, she was the program assistant with the University of Wisconsin (D-I) program and oversaw day-to-day operations while helping with recruiting, travel and camps. Neuger spent the following season as the lead assistant coach at the University of Minnesota Duluth (D-II), helping the Bulldogs advance to the NCAA Championships for the first time since 2012. Before enlisting her services at Wisconsin, Neuger worked as an assistant coach at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (D-III) for two seasons. Prior to her time at UMHB, she spent a year as a graduate manager for the Baylor (D-I) men's basketball team. She has familiarity with the MIAC, as the Northfield, Minn. native played four seasons of both basketball and soccer at nearby St. Olaf College in addition to running track for the Oles. An academic All-American, Neuger earned a Bachelor’s degree in exercise science from St. Olaf in 2011 and a Master’s degree in sports pedagogy from Baylor University four years later. In addition to her coaching duties, Neuger also assists in the Sports Information Department at Carleton.
