I chose Carleton because of Coach Journell and the atmosphere he was creating around the football program regarding winning championships. Carleton has great opportunities to further my education and athletic career.
 
WHAT I MOST LIKE ABOUT CARLETON IS…
The people. Carleton has people from across the world and it’s a great experience getting to meet people from all sorts of different backgrounds. Also the professors who will help you out in any way possible.

OFF-CAMPUS STUDY OPPORTUNITIES DURING MY TIME AS A CARLETON STUDENT:
Sports and Globalization in London & Seville. It allowed me to see how other people around the world view sports. 
 
INTERNSHIP/EXTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES DURING MY TIME AS A CARLETON STUDENT:
Sigma Financial Corporation. I learned the ins and outs of a broker dealer through working with financial representatives and transferring client data from an old database to a new and more efficient one. It allowed me have a better understanding of the financial industry.

Hiking, military activities, working out, and gaming
