I CHOSE TO COME TO CARLETON BECAUSE…
I chose Carleton for the tight-knit community, the rigorous academics, and the opportunity to play football and participate in other clubs and ensembles.
 
WHAT I MOST LIKE ABOUT CARLETON IS…
I love the community and professors. Even though the term can be rough, I know that I have many peers, teammates, and professors that got my back. 

INTERNSHIP/EXTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES DURING MY TIME AS A CARLETON STUDENT:
During the 2023 Summer, I researched within the University of Rochester Neutrino Group (Particle Physics) where I studied neutrino oscillation within the upcoming Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment (DUNE). During the 2024 summer, I worked at Carleton College within the Laser Heterodyne Radiometer (LHR) to characterize one of the iron lines within the Sun's spectrum. Both research opportunities gave me the spark to pursue astro-particle physics research for my career.
 
HOBBIES:
Trumpet (jazz and concert), astrophotography, tennis, crochet, music production (under Jswuvy)
