BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. – The No. 46 Carleton College men's golf team lost to No. 29 Saint John's University in a dual match on Saturday afternoon at Edinburgh Golf Club. The Johnnies defeated the Knights by the score of 302-315.
Gordon Walker was the team's lowest scorer as he finished the par-72 course with a 74 (+2). He was the runner-up to Tim Fultz of Saint John's who finished with a one-under-par 71 on the day.
Sam Higaki and
Justin Rodriguez completed the competition tied in the eighth spot with matching scores of 77 (+5).
Ryan Choi carded an 87 (+15) to complete the team scoring for the Knights.
Gareth Birney, competing as an individual, finished in a tie for fifth overall with a score of 76 (+4).
Dillon Croco posted a score of 91 (+19) on the day.
