After two seasons in Richmond, Ind., she continued her career as an assistant at Williams College (Mass.) where the Ephs posted an 8-3-3 record in 2006. Prior to returning to Earlham, she served as an assistant coach at Washington & Lee University (Va.) in 2007, helping the Generals to a 16-4 record.
